The "A" Apartments are in a block of 3, divided by thick, sound proofed walls. They are 15 meters back from, and parallel to, the shore. With devastating views, these properties book up very quickly. The double patio doors lead out to a small paved area with garden furniture.
These apartments are 4**** and have all the electrical goodies! New kitchen in 2009 with white goods all intgrated, cooker, with ceramic hob, oven & grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, stainless steel pots & pans, all the crockery and cutlery that you need. In the downstairs living area there is a colour TV with integrated DVD player & a CD/cassette/radio whilst upstairs there is a second 32" flatscreen digital TV with DVD player.
The double bedrooms all have an en-suite shower/toilet/sink; downstairs all have Jacuzzi baths.
The Apartments have oil central heating, which heats the water although there is an electric water heater for summer. This, and electricity, is included in the price.
Beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Towels, tea towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
"Widgeon" sleeps 4 people in a king-size 4-poster bed upstairs, and a twin downstairs.
"Teal" and "Mallard" have a double room and a second living area upstairs, which has a double futon, with a twin room downstairs, 6 people can be accommodated.
