SORRY - WE DON'T ALLOW PETS.
Making a booking.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks in advance, then a deposit of £50 per chalet is required to confirm the booking, on both weekly and 'short break' lets. This includes a £10 mandatory cancellation scheme but if you are booking within the 6-week period the full payment is due, and it is your choice as to whether you take the cancellation scheme.
When we receive your booking form, to confirm, we will send you an Invoice.
If you have paid in full, we will send a receipt. If you have paid the deposit, the invoice will have a date, approximately 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, which is when the final payment will be due.
Failure to settle on this date may result in cancellation.
Short break prices are based on 2 adults sharing - every extra adult will be charged at 10%, and every child (aged 2-16) at 5%, of the list price. E.g. 4 adults sharing 2 nights in a Cedar Cabin = £150 + 20% = £180.
Under 2's - no charge
For cheque and postal payment, please make cheques payable to Lochend Chalets Ltd.

To relieve you of this risk, we have devised a cancellation scheme, which is mandatory if booking 6 weeks, or more, in advance. In the event you have to cancel for any of the following reasons, you will be free of obligation to Lochend Chalets Ltd and you deposit will be returned.
- Death of any member of the party.

- Pregnancy or childbirth.
