WELLNESS AT LOCHEND CHALETS
This ancient piece of land we’re lucky to inhabit is a fabulous place to practise meditation or indeed yoga on the lawn. Last year we had a wonderful family from China and every morning he would practise Tai-Chi in the tennis court. You're free to do your personal meditation or yoga-style activity wherever you choose here at Lochend.
But even just rowing or paddle-boarding into the middle of the bay and bobbing around, listening to nature and the waves lapping, makes for a perfect environment to engage in wellness at Lochend, to relax and take time….Time to breath our super oxygenated air….We know the air quality is high in oxygen because of the lichen that grows at Lochend.
So many places to relax and rejuvenate
