Play Area

PLAY AREA AT LOCHEND CHALETS

Sheltered beside an ancient oak tree just back from the lake, our play area for littluns has a wooden play-boat that is always a real hit with young guests - not to mention their parents, who often find their inner child here at Lochend! The Lochend play area also has a giant and a rope swing that is popular with children of all ages – not to mention their parents! The play area also has a giant chess board (with benches for pondering your next move) and a small climbing frame, with hidey-house and a wee climbing wall.

Our wee adventure play park by the lake

However, with 38 acres of lawns, trees, trails and shores – plus armies of friendly ducks to feed – the whole of Lochend could be described as one giant play park – a place where children are free to climb trees and build dens, paddle in the water, hunt for bugs and play tig with pals. It's a  place just to be free.
