NIGHT SKIES AT LOCHEND CHALETS

Although we do not have dark skies status, too near the big cities, we still have wonderfully unpolluted skies that on a clear night have just the most phenomenal array of stars, including seeing the milky-way as Paul Barr, a local fisherman and photographer, shows above. He has also capture that amazing phenomena most sought after on holidays to Iceland, the Aurora Borealis, or in Scotland, the Northern lights. It isn't common but we tend to see them at least once a year. However even the different moon views we have is spectacular.
